4 years ago I was a professional jockey! It took me 3 years after retiring to get my act together to go to the gym and to get back to fitness! I was recommended jess by my wife, I was very reluctant but went along anyway. I’ve never considered weights before as my profession was all cardio and let me tell you I loved it! Yes was tough but much enjoyed i thrive off working to my maximum! A year later I’m still loving jesses classes #pickmeup #newlife #friends

After years of running and feeling fit but not seeing any difference in how I looked, I realised I needed to take a different approach to how I exercise, that wasn’t only cardio based and that would increase my body’s strength and help tone. For me cardio was still an important aspect of my workouts so I tried Jess’s strength classes along side my cardio to mix things up. The strength classes have not only helped with toning but I’m feeling much fitter, healthier and stronger generally. Jess’s classes actually do include cardio based work so I can’t say the last time I have been for a run. All Jess’s classes are energetic, fun and Jess is really supportive throughout the sessions. Jess has helped me realise it’s not about being the lightest or thinnest you can be, but making the best of what you have and her classes certainly help with that. I am mentally and physically the best I can be after joining Jess’s classes.

There were times where I thought I've had a bad day at work, I've missed a meal, I'm not sure whether I'm going to go to the gym today! The only person you cheat with that attitude is yourself (& Jessica won't stand for that) Whenever I needed a pep talk after a bad day at work or in the gym, Jessica was there helping to turn those negative experiences into a positive outlook.
Jessica isn't a miracle worker, she doesn't click her fingers and hey presto the weight drops off and the 6 pack appears. What she does do however is give you the best of her knowledge to enable you to lose weight and improve your physical shape.
Jessica's strap line of "little coach BIG results" is certainly true, she's a little coach and with her help - you'll see the big results.

My wife persuaded me to see a PT after I suffered a compressed disc in my back after competing in strongman. After years of problems and pain, she introduced me to Jess in June 2016 and have been a client ever since.
When I was injured I was told to stop lifting or risk damaging my back permanently and this was enough to scare me into stopping lifting all together.
Not only has Jess built my confidence so much that I'm now hitting PB's, but my programme is tailored to what I need in order to get stronger along with staying injury and pain free. After my first cycle with Jess' programming my back squat went from 130kg to 152.5kg. Her one to one sessions have helped me immensely too, highlighting all my bad habits from the past and teaching me the proper form so my lifts can progress.
Working with Jess has encouraged me to start competing in powerlifting early next year as I feel stronger and more confident than I ever have.
